CLINTON, Conn. — Outdoor kitchen specialist Kenyon International has introduced a new line of induction cooktops called Signature.
The Signature induction cooktop features a matte-black ceramic glass surface and low-glare finish that offers a softer, more contemporary look. The surface helps resist scratches and fingerprints, while also reducing reflection and maintaining a clean look with minimal maintenance.
Safety also figures prominently in the Signature induction cooktop’s design, with a power shut-off that automatically turns off the cooktop if cookware is removed or left unattended. A control lock prevents accidental setting changes, and rapid heat dissipation helps the cooktop to cool quickly after use, minimizing the risk of burns.
Other features include bridge mode, which combines both cooking zones into one expanded cooking surface, ideal for griddles and oversized cookware, and boost mode, which distributes power to temporarily increase heat for faster boiling and heat-up times while managing the electrical load across cooking zones for optimized performance. The cooktop also is UL- and C-UL-approved.

The Signature induction cooktop also has an Americans with Disabilities Act compliant design, making it easy to use for all cooks. And the cooktop is available with Kenyon’s patented SilKen silicone protective mat, which is designed to protect the glass surface and is proven in harsh marine environments.
The Kenyon Signature induction cooktop comes with a 5-year replacement warranty and is available in two-burner models in landscape and portrait orientations, as well as a four-burner model.
“This is the best product that no one knows about yet,” said Mike Reischmann, CEO of Kenyon International Inc. “The Signature induction cooktop reflects Kenyon’s continued commitment to innovation and developing products that solve everyday challenges. From cooking to cleanup, this line is designed to make time in the kitchen easier and more enjoyable, so homeowners can focus on what matters most: sharing a great meal with family and friends.”
