ROCKY MOUNT, Va. — Uttermost has tapped former Leftbank Art Creative Director Frankie Daniel to manage its new art studio in Southern California.
Daniel, who was Leftbank Art’s creative director for the past 15 years, will oversee the creation of exclusive art for Uttermost and its high-end brand Revelation. Josh and Dennis Leiva, both former artists for Leftbank Art over the past decade, also will join Daniel’s team.
“We’re building work that feels alive — art with atmosphere, edge and impact,” Daniel said. “The goal is to create pieces people don’t just see, but feel.”
Uttermost, which launched its outdoor line last year, began as primarily a wall decor manufacturer in 1975. The company said this move will take Uttermost back to its roots and create new product categories for its dealers.
