Plank & Hide acquires 300 South Main

Plank & Hide has acquired outdoor furniture supplier 300 South Main, which will immediately roll into the Plank & Hide organization and be rebranded as P&H Elements.

Effective April 2022, during the High Point Market, Plank & Hide will display all indoor home recreational furnishings and outdoor lifestyle products at their newest showroom, 300 South Main Street, High Point, N.C., across the street from the IHFC main building. The company also has permanent showrooms in Chicago and corporate offices and showrooms in Cincinnati, Ohio.

“Plank & Hide’s continued accelerated growth in the home entertainment furnishings space affords us opportunities like this,” says Erik Mueller, founder & CEO of Plank & Hide Co. “We are able to expand our indoor and outdoor product mix, create value through a wide selection of designs and appeal to a broader retail audience. We also add industry veterans Ken Salm and Gary Zuckerman to the team, both of whom have stellar reputations and experience in indoor and outdoor home furnishings. We are very excited about this opportunity and equally focused on the launch of the P&H Elements line-up coming to High Point in April, and Chicago in July.”

The company’s focus is “to create value through fashionable and trend-setting styles, offered at competitive volume pricing,” according to a release.
