ATLANTA — OW Lee has named Charlie Smith as its sales rep of the year for 2026. Smith was honored at the company’s sales meeting during Casual Market Atlanta in September.
“What stands out most about Charlie is his consistency,” said Brenda Pereyda, sales manager for OW Lee. “He shows up, puts in the work, and keeps pushing even when things don’t come easily. His commitment to his customers and to OW Lee has made a real difference.”
Smith has been a sales representative in the casual industry for more than two decades. Based in La Quinta, California, he represents OW Lee in Southern California and Nevada.
OW Lee’s sales rep of the year is decided collectively by the company’s staff based on specific criteria. The award winner must work with other departments to ensure the customer receives the highest level of service possible, be supportive of every team member and work toward individual and company goals, have a positive attitude and be respected by peers, and balance service with sales to ensure a great customer experience.
