Sunpan appoints new director of client relations

TORONTO — Whole-home furnishings maker Sunpan has appointed Youval Ronen as director of client relations, a role designed to reinforce the company’s commitment to customer experience. 

Ronan brings three decades of experience in the furnishings industry to the role, having worked across multiple facets of the business, from distribution and logistics to customer service, claims and sales, system optimization and supporting growth.

“As Sunpan continues to grow, investing in the client experience remains a key priority for our business,” said Sundeep Bagga, president and CEO of Sunpan. “Youval brings an exceptional depth of industry knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit and operational expertise to the team. His leadership will play an important role in enhancing how we support our clients while continuing to evolve the overall customer experience at Sunpan.”

In this new role, Ronen will work closely with Sunpan’s customer service and claims teams while supporting broader cross-departmental collaboration across the company. He will lead a range of operational and technology-driven initiatives aimed at improving transparency, communication and responsiveness across the customer journey, supporting Sunpan’s evolution as a customer-oriented global furniture brand.

Prior to joining Sunpan, Ronen was the co-founder and chief operating officer of Nuevo Living, where he helped scale the business from its early stages into an established industry brand.
