The Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association will host a virtual networking event, “AutoCorrect: Reframing the Inner Dialogue,” at 2 p.m. June 17.
Hosted by Kimberly Stuteville, vice president of sales for the United States and Latin America at Napoleon, will discuss how the practice of “AutoCorrect” for the mind can be a simple yet powerful tool. Doing this can allow recognizing and immediately reframing negative self-talk into grounded, truthful and empowering thoughts.
Rooted in mindfulness-based awareness, “autocorrect” invites women to become conscious observers of their inner dialogue and active participants in reshaping it. By consistently interrupting limiting narratives and replacing them with affirming truths, we can begin to rewire our thinking and build new, more supportive neuro pathways. The result is greater confidence, resilience and a more intentional relationship with ourselves, one thought at a time.

Stuteville has spent 14 years at Napoleon, and prior to that she held leadership roles at AT&T, LG and Whirlpool. She holds degrees in finance and organizational development, and is passionate about leadership, mentorship, cooking, grilling and spending time with her family.
This event will be live and interactive, and recordings will not be shared as to create a space for discussion where attendees can share openly and comfortably. Click here to register for the event.
