Fire House Casual Living, which has five retail locations through North and South Carolina, is looking for an experienced store manager—with a relocation package available for the right fit.
Responsibilities would include motivating and developing a team of 4-10 store and warehouse associates, providing ongoing coaching and training through monthly 1:1s with staff and weekly training sessions, and managing the overall operations, upkeep, and profitability of the assigned store.
“The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in retail management and merchandising and be prepared to lead the store’s staff in order to drive merchandising, customer service, reputation, and profitability,” says CEO Grant Henegan. “Successful leaders in our environment tend to be self-motivated, ambitious individuals.”
The Fire House Casual Living is the largest outdoor furnishings retailer in the Carolinas and winners of the Apollo Award for 2020 and 2021 and the Mary Fruehauf Retail Genious award in 2020.
