O’FALLON, Mo. — True Caliber has launched the Rockwell Duo, which features high-performance grill grates and a flat-top griddle on a single, seamless surface to deliver both the sizzling heat of the grill and the sharp sear of the griddle.
The Rockwell Duo is available in 48” built-in and 60” freestanding models, with a 360-degree, walk-around design. Engineered as an interactive outdoor centerpiece, the dual-surface grill features a fully retractable “disappearing lid” that slides beneath the cooktop, keeping the surface unobstructed and transforming outdoor cooking into a shared performance rather than a solitary task.

Dual-Surface Performance: The Duo features a dynamic surface split into a stainless-steel grill and griddle — engineered to deliver precise heat across the entire cooktop.
Precision Heating: Engineered with two patented 304 stainless-steel Crossflame burners — a 20,000 BTU burner dedicated to the 18.5″ x 18″ grill section and a 16,000 BTU burner dedicated to the 17″ x 15.5″ griddle surface — delivering targeted, high-performance heat control.
Flexible Configurations: Envisioned to seamlessly integrate into a variety of outdoor kitchen layouts, the innovative new iteration comes in 48” built-in and 60” freestanding versions. The 60” grill also comes with an integrated side surface that expands the functional workspace, offering a dedicated area for plating, prepping or presenting dishes directly at the grill.
Advanced Engineering: Crafted to withstand all climates, True has equipped the grill with durable Weber Knapp hinges and a firebox pitched at a steeper angle to significantly improve grease management and flow.
Durable Construction: The grill is constructed from the same 300-series stainless steel as True’s commercial-grade refrigeration, and the 60” Freestanding model has a marine-grade aluminum body with an architectural sapele wood base.
Bespoke Aesthetic: Through the extensive Customize Your Caliber program, the grill is available in True’s curated color and hardware options, yielding 96 unique color combinations. Clients can alternatively opt for True Caliber’s custom color matching capabilities, which include the option to utilize automotive-grade paints for a highly durable, custom aesthetic.
