MIAMI — Tuuci brings an immersive installation dubbed “A Study in Expression” to the Salone del Mobile show in Milan, Italy, April 21-26.
The installation, which features furnishings and shade from Tuuci, explores “the idea that outdoor spaces, like people, are not defined by a single mood or style.”
Designed as a continuous spacial narrative, the installation represents four expressions of outdoor living — tactile contrast, design atelier, layered ease and natural calm. For tactile contrast, form, material precision and craftsmanship establish a sense of structure; in design atelier, materials, finishes and fabrics invite exploration and personal expression; texture and comfort create a sense of effortless relaxation in layered ease; while natural calm offers balanced tones and organic elements to support restoration and renewal.
“Great design has the power to support how we live, how we explore and how we restore,” said Dougan Clarke, founder and chief product designer at Tuuci. “This installation brings that idea into focus by showing how different expressions can come together to create something that feels both personal and complete, bringing an abundant sense of joy to those who experience it.”

The installation will include a number of new products across furnishings and shade. Parasols include the Softscapes patterned shade line, as well as the Ocean Master Max Cupola Cantilever and the Ocean Master M1 Cupola: Bodhi. Seating options include swivel lounge options in the Luma, Sail and Horizon collections; the Calla Cove deep-seating collection; Signature Pouffes; and the Verdena chair.
Table introductions include the Gather dining collection, the Moreano Pouffe table and the Merelia dining table. Lounge options range from the Marbella and Hilo sun lounges to the Lulu Day Lounge: Monaco, which layers texture, pattern and detail into a more tactile, expressive environment.
Tuuci shows in Booth C19, Pavilion 24, Rho Fiera Milano.
