Lloyd Flanders will open its first Las Vegas showroom in A-119 at the World Market Center just in time for Las Vegas Market.
The showroom will help bolster the company’s West Coast business, says Bryan Echols, senior vice president of sales and marketing. It also allows the company to reach more designers, a growing customer base for Lloyd Flanders.
Although the company had a showroom in High Point for years, they left that behind to take on the showroom in Las Vegas.
“With our showroom in Atlanta, we felt like having two showrooms, relatively the same size in the same floor space, was somewhat redundant,” Echols explains. “We go to BDNY and had great success there over the last two years. We’ve been very successful on the commercial end of things as well.”
The Vegas showroom is slightly larger than the company’s High Point space, which Echols says helps with offering more to designers throughout the showroom.
“In talking to some of our industry partners — friendly manufacturers that we are very close to — we found that they’ve had some good experiences with the market, especially being in the design center,” Echols says. “Once the opportunity popped open there, it seemed like a natural fit to go into that space. We work with reps in California, Arizona, Colorado and throughout the Pacific Northwest, and this is a good way to better support them.
“We were fairly happy with our early buy season, but we know there are opportunities still laying out there that we’re going to try to take advantage of at the market in January,” he adds.
