With Jerome Griffith taking on the CEO role at Brown Jordan International, one of the most significant changes he’s made so far is promoting division heads for each brand from within.
Frank Verna has returned to lead Tropitone as its division head, Jerry Rega heads up Texacraft and Winston, Rory Rehmert is over Castelle and Griffith is focusing on what the future of the Brown Jordan brand looks like.
“We are reenergized since Jerome stepped in as CEO,” says Julie Daniel, senior vice president of marketing and e-commerce for BJI.” He came in and made quick decisions that made sense, and the reason behind the division heads is because he wanted key leaders to be accountable and responsible for their own brands. We want to provide the best products and the best customer experience, and this reorganization will help us refocus on that.”
Daniel also says there’s going to be more to come, but the company is currently strategizing and planning how it’s going to go into 2024.
“I think that Jerome is really going to be able to help us see the path that we’re supposed to be on and hold us to it, most importantly,” Daniels says. “
