CabanaCoast has promoted Tripp Barrett to national sales manager, a role in which he will be responsible for new business and existing relationships for both the commercial/hospitality and retail/residential sales divisions for the U.S. market. He also will continue to foster growth by spending time with dealers and guiding the factory field sales team in harmony with the overall business strategy.
Barrett, who has been with the company since 2018, was promoted from within the existing factory field sales team.
Prior to joining CabanaCoasr, Barrett worked for his extended family’s textile manufacturing business in the Wilmington, North Carolina, area where he was born and raised, learning about business operations, including design, inventory management, customer service and merchandising.
After studying business administration and veterinary medicine — and a stint in car sales and event planning and sales — Barrett found his way back to the design industry and became an independent manufacturer’s rep in 2018, based in Orlando, Florida.
