BERLIN, Ohio — Casual furnishings manufacturer Berlin Gardens has added three new reps to its sales team. Lyle Ecoff, Gayle Massey and Steven McFarlan join the brand in advance of Casual Market Atlanta.
A veteran of the home furnishings industry, Ecoff previously was owner and partner at Robb & Stucky Patio and Carls Patio/Berks. Most recently, he was western vice president at Emerald Home Furnishings, where he helped steer strategic growth for the company.
“Lyle’s career reflects a passion for design, innovation and customer experience — qualities that continue to define his leadership in the home furnishings world,” said Regan Wilcox, director of marketing, Berlin Gardens.

Massey began her career in 1980 in regional sales in the lawn and garden industry, covering Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. In 2001, she began selling outdoor living products and helped open a showroom at the Dallas World Trade Center.
McFarlan joined Massey in that showroom in 2010, helping grow designer and hospitality clientele as showroom manager.
“Gayle and Steven are committed to exceptional customer service, understanding clients’ needs and offering the finest quality in outdoor furniture,” Wilcox said.
Earlier this year, Berlin Gardens expanded its reach with the acquisition of Pennsylvania-based outdoor furniture company Windward Design Group Inc.
