AmericasMart to host Outdoor Living CEU Collective

ATLANTA — AmericasMart Atlanta will hold a one-day designer-focused educational event, the Outdoor Living CEU Collective, on April 15.

The program features CEU sessions and events in the Polywood, Summer Classics, Telescope Outdoor Furniture, Inspired Visions by Peak Season and Jensen Outdoor showrooms. The schedule includes:

Furnishing the Solution: Turning the Tide on Ocean- and Landfill-Bound Plastic

Lindsay Schleis, vice president of business development at Polywood, will explain how HDPE is revolutionizing the outdoor living industry by turning recycled plastics into durable outdoor furniture.

Showroom manager Cynthia Lash will share how to elevate casual living sanctuaries after dark.

Whitney Atkinson, founder and CEO of Wugs weighted rugs, will explain how a windy Texas backyard sparked the creation of a new outdoor living category.
