HIGH POINT, N.C. — The High Point Market Authority’s pop-up venue The Point is getting a fresh update for spring market by Jessica Duce of JDuce Design. Located on Commerce Avenue, The Point hosts seminars and other events during market, which will be held April 25-29.
Duce envisioned a gathering space honoring the craftsmanship roots of High Point while embodying the market’s modern energy. Along with educational and networking events, the pop-up space also houses an information center, lounge and lunch spot.
“My vision for The Point is a meeting space at market that feels like the story of High Point itself — a tribute to design heritage, innovation and community,” said Duce, who is a recognized leader in the short-term rental design sector. “It should feel alive, full of style and ready for the next conversation that will shape the industry’s future.”
Duce sourced furnishings from several casual brands, including Brown Jordan and Revolution Performance Fabrics, as well as Adesso, Benjamin Moore, Crystorama, LH Home, Made Goods, Splashworks and Zuo Modern.
The Point was first erected at High Point Market in April 2018, and the space is open to registered High Point Market attendees during the show.
