HIGH POINT, N.C. — WithIt, the women’s leadership development network for the home furnishings industry, will host its annual Wow Awards on Jan. 25 during Las Vegas Market.
Themed the “Age of Aquarius,” the awards gala recognizes business leaders and emerging professionals who have demonstrated significant impact through their work, experience and contributions to their industry. Nominees and recipients of the annual Wow Awards are described as exceptional examples of powerful, smart and courageous individuals who uplift others during uncertain and challenging times.
“There is so much anticipation and energy heading into a new year, and for us deciding to hold the 2026 Wow Awards gala at the Las Vegas Market, with an Age of Aquarius theme is part of that wow factor,” said Cathy Valent, WithIt’s 2025 president and vice president of sales for Springs Digital. “Adding to our excitement for our 2026 awards, we received more Wow nominations than ever before! With almost 65 nominations filled with incredibly talented and bright individuals and with many companies who have never participated in our awards and nominations process before is in itself a huge honor.”
Each year WithIt’s annual Wow Awards honor both women and men in the home furnishings industry in a total of six categories: Visionary, Leadership, Mentoring, Education, Future Leader and Sales Excellence. During the Wow Awards judging process, nominee finalists from each award category submit packages of supporting documentation which are then judged by a panel of industry leaders and scored accordingly before a final recipient is selected. Each Wow Awards Gala honors nominees and finalists in each category. The 2026 nominees will be announced later this month.

The Wow Awards gala will be held on Sunday, Jan. 25, at Worldview B-16 in World Market Center, Las Vegas. The event will begin with networking and cocktails from 6 to 6:50 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m. and the awards ceremony from 8 to 9 p.m. Individual tickets and 10-person sponsor tables are available for purchase at withit.org.
