Emberhaus, a new luxury outdoor fire cooking brand, has launched its first product, the Fire Oven.
Inspired by commercial kitchen technology, the Fire Oven uses charcoal to offer a wide range of capabilities from cooking to smoking. The company was founded by Kamado Joe co-founder Bobby Brennan, who said he saw a gap in the market for outdoor cooking products that offer professional-grade performance with architectural-grade design.
“Our patios have become sanctuaries — spaces to unwind, connect and create lasting memories,” Brennan said. “Fire is the original gathering point, and cooking with it connects us not only to each other, but to something timeless. At Emberhaus, we built the ultimate outdoor cooking product we have always wanted but could never find.”

Emberhaus’ products are hand-assembled in Athens, Georgia, using rust-proof, marine-grade 316 stainless steel available in fire-tested colors and trims. The Fire Oven also features the company’s proprietary Emberflow intuitive air controls and commercial-grade insulation for steady, even heat. Those tools allow the Fire Oven to easily adapt between cooking temperatures and styles such as slow-smoking brisket or firing pizzas at high heat.
The Emberhaus collection will expand beyond the Fire Oven, introducing a growing range of open-flame products, with its next product launch scheduled for spring 2026. Each will be crafted to the same standards of performance, beauty and durability. The Emberhaus Fire Oven is available for order today, with a starting retail price of $14,750.
