HIGH POINT, N.C. — The High Point Market Authority has announced the deadline for online registration for the fall market. Attendees must register before Oct. 10 (or by Sept. 26 for international guests) to receive their fall market passes by mail in advance of its next home furnishings trade event, Oct. 25-29.
“The best way to avoid standing in line is to register before Oct. 10 and receive your High Point Market pass by mail,” said Tammy Covington, president and CEO of HPMA, which is the organizer of the biannual trade show. “A fall market pass is your key to buildings and showrooms in the 13-block Market District, and to unlocking exclusive programming like this season’s Center Stage concerts with Jimmy Buffet’s iconic Coral Reefer Band and The Fray, our keynote event with Architectural Digest Editor-in-Chief Amy Astley and more networking and educational events that market guests won’t want to miss.”
Market registration is offered at no charge to qualified U.S. and international buyers — including retailers, dealers and professional interior designers — as well as to press, exhibitor representatives and students. A registration fee applies to all other industry professionals.
Guests who register early can additionally take advantage of the HPMA’s official Travel Concierge service, operated by Travel Quest Inc., for assistance with accommodations, flights and other travel arrangements.
“A little effort early in the planning cycle goes a long way towards optimizing the High Point Market experience for our attendees,” Covington said. “We know this October in particular will be a critical one for our industry to come together on issues like tariffs and navigating the current economic climate with a sense of unity.”
Additional preparations are recommended before traveling, such as booking showroom appointments directly with exhibitors and populating a personalized MyMarket schedule using the official High Point Market app. Developed by HPMA, the app is downloadable for both iOS and Android devices. The app is also accessible on desktop computers via the MyMarket sign-in link on the website.
HPMA offers guided showroom tours. First-time buyers are encouraged to visit the High Point Market website to reserve a tour spot.
Online registration will remain open through 11:59 p.m. ET on Oct. 22. After this date, attendees must register on-site, where on-site fees will apply. For support with registration, contact the HPMA office at 336-869-1000 during business hours (ET), or email registration@highpointmarket.org.
