BERLIN, Ohio — Outdoor furniture manufacturer Berlin Gardens has acquired Windward Design Group Inc., a family-owned outdoor furniture company based in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania.
This strategic acquisition will enable Berlin Gardens to expand its product offerings and enhance its market presence in the outdoor furniture industry.

Berlin Gardens produces a range of outdoor furnishings made in the United States with high-grade poly lumber and stainless-steel hardware. Windward makes dining, deep seating, in-water seating and more with aluminum and polymer materials.
Windward will continue to operate under its current name to ensure a seamless transition for employees, customers and partners.
