TrendWatch engages attendees
The Fall 2023 TrendWatch, Andmore’s proprietary High Point Market trend forecast, explores what’s next in home furnishings in a multipart presentation including seminars, tours and displays. Two trends — Brights & White and Middle Ground — will be considered before and during market.
TrendWatch curator Julie Vincenti Smith of Nine Muses Media in Chicago kicks off the fall programming prior to market on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at 1 p.m. EDT, with the TrendWatch: Fall 2023 Webinar (1 CEU). The webinar, complete with consumer insights and creative intelligence from industry trailblazers, offers an inside look at trends shaping the home furnishings industry. An at-market presentation from Vincenti, TrendWatch: Fall 2023 – LIVE at Market!, expands upon these trends on Saturday, Oct.14, at noon in the Sherwin-Williams Seminar Room at the Suites at Market Square (1 CEU). Vincenti closes the Fall 2023 TrendWatch program with the TrendWatch Tour, leading a 60-minute journey through two product-packed TrendWatch displays in the IHFC’s Green Lobby and the Suites at Market Square Lobby on Monday, Oct. 16, at 2:30 p.m.
Sherwin-Williams seminar space serves as a destination for Dialogues on Design
Andmore’s partnership with Sherwin-Williams continues, with the paint company presenting two exclusive color programming sessions, additional co-sponsored presentations with ASID and Colour Hive and sponsoring the at-market education destination. During the fall High Point Market, the Sherwin-Williams Seminar Space on the top floor at SAMS hosts Andmore at High Point Market’s 11 sessions on design trends and business opportunities.
Color trend programming includes a premarket webinar for the 2024Sherwin-Williams Color of the Year on Thursday, Oct. 5, at 1 p.m., to discuss the process of this color selection, presented by Sue Wadden of Sherwin-Williams (1 CEU). Wadden returns during market on Sunday, Oct. 15, at noon to present the Sherwin-Williams 2024 Colormix Forecast with a complete forecast for 2024 color trends (1 CEU).

Program highlights confirmed to date are: Hubbardton Forge Vice President of Design David Kitts illuminates the lighting design process in Forging Ahead: The Design Process of US-based Lighting Brand Hubbardton Forge on Sunday, Oct. 15, at 1 p.m.; IHFC exhibitor Fabelli Italia hosts an Italian Wine Tasting & Appetizers on Friday, Oct. 13, at 4 p.m., offering regional wines, Italian bites and a raffle to win a trip to the Fabelli factory in Italy. On Saturday, Oct. 14, at 3 p.m., Jeffan International hosts a launch party for HGTV star Egypt Sherrod’s new furniture collection: Indigo Road x East at Main Collection; and Sagebrook Home hosts its Grand Opening Party complete with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 4 p.m. Leftbank Art hosts three programming must-sees, kickstarting the series on Saturday, Oct.14, with Right at Home With Bobby Berk: Book Signing Meet & Greet at 1 p.m., including an opportunity to see his latest designer art collection.
