Lloyd Flanders announces that Jessie Flanders has taken over as CEO and creative director, and Bryan Echols has been promoted to senior vice president of sales and marketing.
Flanders will guide the company in its mission to provide world-class quality outdoor furniture with an emphasis on accountability, integrity, and collaboration, according to a release.
During her tenure as vice president of marketing, she has overseen the streamlining of product data from internal systems to external outputs, including published sales materials and the company’s website; revamped the production schedule for the development of new product and developed an extensive database of visual content.
Flanders has a J.D. from the University of Memphis School of Law and a B.A. in Fine Arts from Rhodes College. She will continue to serve as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Lloyd Flanders.
“This is a significant moment in the history of our company, and while I continue to grieve the loss of my father, I am excited for what the future will bring.,” she says. “Our Executive Management Team has never been stronger, and together we will further the legacy of integrity, quality, and character established by those who came before us.”
Company President Warren Juliano adds, “Jess has been a tremendous asset since joining the company, and the entire organization is excited about our future under her leadership.”
In his new role, Echols will be responsible for growing sales and brand recognition, driving the product development process, and the development and implementation of company strategy.
“Bryan’s passion for the industry and drive to strengthen the brand have made him a crucial part of our team,” Juliano adds.
Echols has been vice president of sales at Lloyd Flanders since 2019. He previously worked as a sales representative for Lloyd Flanders for 22 years. Echols graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a BA in Business Administration.
