HUDSON, N.C.– Sattler, manufacturer of shade products and awnings, announced the addition of industry veteran Mike Weunski as regional sales manager of the shade and marine divisions, reporting to Steve Fredrickson, sales director for shade and marine.

Weunski comes to Sattler with more than 20 years of experience in the shade and marine industry, most recently as sales and operations manager at Docril Fabrics LLC. In his new role, he will manage key customer relations, with a focus on fabricators and marine specialists.
“The addition of Mike to our team strengthens our sales force in an important region where we are seeing continued growth,” said Fredrickson. “His experience blends well with our existing account base.”
Sattler AG, headquartered in Graz Austria, is a fifth-generation, family owned company with 145 years of history in the solution-dyed acrylic fabric market. They specialize in manufacturing and marketing fabrics for awning, marine, transportation and industrial applications throughout the world. Sattler Outdura is headquartered in Hudson, N.C., with manufacturing, sales and marketing, corporate services, and distribution and logistics all based in Hudson. Weunkski will be based in Sanford, N.C. and cover the mid-Atlantic region.
