SAVANNAH, Ga.—Laurie Bell has debuted a new website to complement the recent introduction of the Palm Beach Collection, an assortment of luxury performance fabrics and trims inspired by the storied locale.
Under the creative direction of founder Laurie Jenkins, a seasoned textile engineer and designer, the new website expresses Jenkins’ tagline of “Modern Southern Lifestyle”. As a platform for the new collection, the updated website is colorful, fresh and light-filled, in keeping with her vision for the brand.
“I’m thrilled to announce our new website,” Jenkins said. “I hope that visitors to the site will realize that we are here to help you individualize your outdoor space and make it as comfortable as possible.”
The new website offers user-friendly features, such as a catalogue that reveals Jenkins’ inspiration behind the designs and location imagery from her own home in Savannah. The native Southerner allows heritage and travel to inform her colorful designs.
“They are inspired by my walks in Savannah and my travels everywhere,” she said. “I enjoy living with intense color—color lifts my soul.”
Laurie Bell designs showcase boldly colored Sunbrella jacquards with specialty yarns, as well as multicolor stripes and coordinating fringes, tassels and cord edges. The designs are crafted in the U.S.A. and feature Sunbrella yarns.
